1.Why I chose this place? – I chose this place on campus because it is often overlooked. It provides a serene environment to sit and relax. Moreover, it is undisturbed by the usual noise of the campus. It holds a simple beauty, especially during the quieter hours of mornings. I always find time to sit there in between my classes.
2.What have I enjoyed about connecting with it? – This place provides a sense of comfort and peace. It is the first place I notice when I come for my classes. I love how undisturbed this place is, and I sit there whenever I need some relaxation. I admire the freshness and comfort this place provides whenever I am overwhelmed.
3. Which term was the easiest for me to connect my place with? – The concept that I found the easiest to connect with is Topophilia, which means love of place. When I started doing this activity, this place was somewhat not that special, but as time passed by and I spent more time there, I developed a feeling of familiarity. Now whenever I need some relaxation, I come to this place because I have developed a connection with it.
4.One thing I am grateful for about my place I am grateful that this place has provided a sense of familiarity to me while I was navigating through my first semester. Whenever I felt overburdened, I sat here and just observed the surroundings. I am glad I found this hidden gem with the help of this activity, else I would have ignored it like others.
